I have a background in Mathematics and Medical Statistics and over the last 20 years I have worked primarily on methodological research for systematic reviews, including individual patient data (IPD) and prognostic reviews.

Since 2005 I have worked as a statistical editor for a number of Cochrane groups, and as a Cochrane trainer. I have contributed to the original version of the online training modules for Cochrane Systematic Reviews.

Currently I divide my time at the Cochrane Injuries Group between the roles of statistical editor and managing editor for the group.
