Cassie Nemzoff is a part-time research degree student at LSHTM and policy analyst at the international Decision Support Initiative (iDSI) at the Center for Global Development in London. Her work is focused on improving appraoches to priority setting/health technology assessment for low-and middle-income countries to suit their contexts. Prior to LSHTM/CGD, Cassie worked for the Clinton Health Access Initiative in Malawi where she provided technical assistance in health financing to the Ministry of Health to improve resource allocation, harmonise nationwide strategic planning, and design the essential health benefits package. Before her work in development, Cassie was a private sector consultant at PwC where she worked with clients to strategically respond to US health reforms.
