I am an AfN Registered Associate Nutritionist having obtained a BSc in Human Nutrition from London Metropolitan University and an MSc in Nutrition for Global Health from LSHTM.

I previously worked as a Nutrition and Behaviour Change Lead at OneYou within West London NHS Trust facilitating nutrition and communtiy outreach programmes with families. Before starting my PhD project, I worked as a Research Assistant at LSHTM investigating the social and health impacts of Universal Credit on homelessness.

My PhD project is focused on exploring the intersection between the nutritional practices of food banks and the dietary practices of low-income households using a mixed qualitative research design. 

I have particular interests in nutrition, health inequalities, food systems, social policy, food insecurity and sociology.
