I lead on communications for the Inequalities in Cancer Outcomes Network (ICON), Centre for Evalution, the Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) Centre, and support the NIHR Policy Research Unit in Health and Social Care Systems and Commissioning.
I have five years’ experience in science communication across the public and third sectors. Prior to joining LSHTM, I was a Communications Officer for the Medical Research Foundation and acted as communications lead for their linked charities – the Africa Research Excellence Fund (AREF) and Global Alliance for Chronic Diseases (GACD).
I obtained a BSc Biology and MSc International Health (2018) from the University of Leeds – of which the latter included a qualitative research project in the Philippines investigating the quality of burns treatment from state and NGO providers.
