Research

I am a research fellow in the Centre for Mathematical Modelling of Infectious Diseases (CMMID). I work with Stefan Flasche and Mark Jit on transmission modeling of RSV in the context of COVID19-related restrictions, as well as the cost effectiveness of a future vaccine or monoclonal antibodies against RSV disease in Kenya and South Africa.

Before joining CMMID I had worked on dynamic modelling of cellular signalling pathways.
