I am an ecologist and evolutionary biologist with a background in animal spatial ecology, from individual movement to species' distributions. Drawing from my experience writing simulation models for how the spread of infection leads to evolutionary changes in animal spatial-social behaviour, I've moved into epidemiology. I'm part of the Epiverse Initiative, where I build R(cpp) packages to model epidemics.
