I am a Project Manager in the DEPTH (Dialogue, Evidence, Participation & Translation for Health) group, which researches sexual & reproductive health & rights in complex and challenging environments (ACCESS).
I have overall administrative, management and financial responsibility for the research portfolio of the DEPTH group which is held by Prof Cicely Marston.
Prior to this post, I worked as the National Community Engagement Manager at Women's Aid Federation England for 4.5 years. There I lead the development and delivery of a UK-wide community engagement programme called Ask Me which trained members of the public in activism around domestic abuse. I have ten years previous experience of working in the violence against women and girls sector, where I completed a number of different roles including training, psychoeducational group facilitation, outreach and refuge, and helpline work.
I have a BA in Comparative American Studies from Warwick University, and an MA in Gender, Sexuality and Culture from Birkbeck College, University of London.
