I am the Department Manager of the Department of Global Health and Development, responsible for the administration, finances and operations of a department of over 150 staff and 100 research degree students, with over £35 million in external research funding.
I lead a team of Project Managers, Project Coordinators and other administrative staff, who manage research projects across the global South. I previously held several project management roles at the London School, including a multi-institution research consortium working in the UK and Africa, and have worked on grants funded by the US government, UKRI, charity sector and three pharmaceutical firms.
I started my career at Cambridge University and am a Mental Health First Aider. My BA is in Music, and away from the office I am Finance Manager of a small musical charity.
