Prior to working at LSHTM, I've spent substantial time in Zambia, Zimbabwe and South Africa, working as a programme manager for non-governmental organisations, mainly in public health and medical education programmes.

Teaching
Supporting the coordination of the Digital Global Health Academy, facilitating online learning and capacity strengthening for PhD fellows across Africa and the UK.
Research
My research interests focus on expanding access to clinical academic pathways for nurses, midwives, and allied health professionals (NMAHPs), particularly in global health contexts. I am particularly interested in workforce development, capacity strengthening, and strategies to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion in global health research.
I’m also engaged in exploring effective models for cross-institutional partnerships, innovative approaches to doctoral training, and mechanisms to improve support for NMAHPs pursuing clinical academic careers. Drawing on my experience managing public health and medical education programmes across Zambia, Zimbabwe, and South Africa, I am interested in fostering sustainable collaborations that strengthen research capacity in African institutions.
