Miss Paris Baptiste
Research Degree Student
In 2019, I completed an MSc in Medical Statistics at LSHTM during which I carried out a small research project the UCL Great Ormond Street Intitute of Child Health. Prior to my MSc I studied for a BSc at the University of Reading in Mathematics with a Placement Year at IQVIA (formerly Quintiles). I began my PhD in Pharmacoepidemiology at LSHTM in 2019.
I have offered 1:1 tutoring for the MSc Epidemiology STEPH module and offered small group tutoring for the Medical Statistics MSc as part of the PASS scheme.
My area of research is in investigating trial reproducibility within a trial-anaologous cohort in routinely collected data, specifically in the area of cardiovascular disease and with a particular focus on exploring outcomes in underrepresented and excluded subgroups.
