What to do now
When you received the e-mail with the link to these web pages, your offer of admission was attached as a PDF document. The offer of admission is the official document which details the conditions of your offer. Please contact the Registry as soon as possible if any details are incorrect. You should print two copies of the offer letter - one for you to sign and return to Registry immediately and the other copy to keep for your records.

The Forms we need you to complete and submit to Registry
The following forms and documents must be submitted in the original. We cannot accept emailed scans, photocopies or faxed copies of these documents. Students requiring a visa to study at the School will not receive a CAS until all conditions have been met.
All original documents should be submitted to Registry by 1st September 2012.
- Original evidence of your qualifications – If you have not already provided your original transcripts or certificates, please arrange for these to be sent to Registry. Alternatively, please arrange for your previous university to complete the Statement of Qualifications form (PDF 74K).
- MSc Financial Declaration (PDF 27K)
- Research Financial Declaration (PDF 60.9K)
- Staff Research Degree Financial Declaration (PDF 68.9K)
- You must complete the Financial Declaration form when you are sure that you have funds available to cover ALL the costs of your studies at the School. In addition, you should also follow the Financial Evidence instructions below:
- Home/EC applicants Financial Evidence. If you will be paying your own tuition fees you will not need to supply any further evidence in addition to the MSc Financial Declaration form or the Research Financial Declaration. If you are being sponsored for your studies we will need an original sponsor letter indicating the amount of funding.
- Staff funded by a School Account Code should ensure that the Grant Code form is completed to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Overseas applicants Financial Evidence. In addition to the MSc Financial Declaration form or the Research Financial Declaration, all overseas applicants will need to supply one of the following:
- Original sponsor letter indicating the amount of funding for tuition fees and living expenses
- or
- Original MSc Financial Evidence form (PDF 80K) or the Research Financial Evidence Form (PDF 25.6K). This must be signed and stamped by the bank of the person who will be responsible for tuition fees and maintenance
- Original evidence of English language (PDF 74K).– You must achieve the School's minimum English language requirement.
