I am very pleased that you have been accepted on to a course of study at the School. Please click here for information on how to respond to your offer of a place.
We have academic staff and students from more than 120 countries at the School. This results in a uniquely stimulating academic environment. School alumni are now working in more than 167 countries and many former students hold prominent positions in health ministries, universities and international organisations throughout the world.
The School is one of the top academic institutions in the UK and internationally in terms of the research productivity of its staff. Currently the research funding exceeds £60 million, much of it from highly competitive national and international sources. The particular value of this to you is the positive impact it has on the quality of teaching; you will be working with academic staff who are leaders in their fields.
The School has 22 Masters courses including four which are distance-learning courses. Training in each of these degrees can be adapted to fit the needs of individual students through selection of study units, and the range of provision is regularly reviewed to ensure that the School continues to provide challenging and relevant educational opportunities.

We look forward to welcoming you as a student at the School and to your future contribution to its leadership role in global public health.
