The Sanitation and Hygiene Exhibition, running from 15th October to 30th November, will showcase some of LSHTM’s applied research in the field of sanitation and hygiene.  Along with current and archive material, the exhibition will feature LSHTM's entries into the Gates Foundation Reinvent the Toilet Exhibition in August 2012; the 'Kone' and 'Tiger Worm Toilet'.

This launch event will bring together professionals in the sector, staff and students to introduce the exhibition and highlight LSHTM's current sanitation- and hygiene-related research.  The speakers, including Sandy Cairncross and Val Curtis, will also demonstrate why continued research in this area is vital to advances in public health in low-income countries.
