LSHTM graduands will be allocated to a ceremony according to which course they are studying. Further information can be found in the attached documents (see below).
Invitations
Invitations will be e-mailed to all London-based MSc students in early October and to Distance Learning students in December. Any students not receiving their invitations should contact the Events Office at diploma@lshtm.ac.uk with details of their course and current email address.
Booking your place
The deadline to register your attendance was Friday, 13 January 2012.
Tickets
Your tickets will be available for collection when you register on the day. They will not be posted to you in advance of the ceremony.

Please note there are two ceremonies as follows:
Ceremony A - which starts at 11.00 am
Ceremony B - which starts at 3.00 pm
