You will need to complete and submit the registration form below. Please read the licences carefully first since you will be agreeing to the terms and conditions in those licences. We will then email you log-in details giving you access to the strel programme, the ewblft algorithm and the life tables.

Registration allows us to keep you informed of updates and corrections that we issue from time to time. For this reason, the license requires that agree not to disseminate the software or lifetables to third parties, and that instead you simply refer potential users to this webpage, so that they too can register, download the latest software and then stay up-to-date with corrections.

You will be asked to confirm that you will acknowledge the authors of strel and ewblft in any publication that may arise from your use of the programs and/or the associated life tables.
