Basement Form

Please use the form provided below for requesting stock stored within the Basement Store. Unfortunately anonymous comments cannot be accepted.

For journals published 1985-1994, books published before 1989, theses submitted before 2010, or pamphlets published before 1970.

Please collect the following items from the Basement Store. I understand that there is a limit of five items per person per collection, and that the material will be available for collection from the Enquiries Desk after the next scheduled collection (11.30am or 4.30pm on working days) from placing the request. Material for collection will be held for one week at the Enquiries Desk before being returned to the store.
