Audio Visual Equipment

Please be aware that there is no technical support on weekends or after 6pm for teaching classrooms and lecture theatres.

When making an email request for equipment or special assistance, please put in the subject line: "request - (add date of event/class)" For instance, request-25 august 2011

Equipment Loan

We loan out the following equipment by advanced arrangement:

Laptops, Data Projectors, PA system, mics, speakers, VHS/TV, TV's, Laser Pointers, Powerpoint Slide Changer and one DV palmcorder. 

There is a form in the Audio Visual Room LG24 at Keppel Street to be filled in when you pick up your equipment, or you may print this form.

Audio Visual Systems are installed in the following teaching rooms:

Keppel Street

All audio visual equipment in these teaching rooms (except for 364) are controlled by an AMX touch panel screen. You must turn this on in order to control everything.

The Globe Room has a plasma screen which laptops can be connected. There is one "Live Network" point for Internet access but you must request a cable from IT Support on x5000. There is no wireless access in this room without prior arrangement through IT Helpdesk. They will need to set up a temporary ID for you.

Tavistock Place

All audio visual equipment in these teaching rooms are controlled by an AMX touch panel screen. You must turn this on in order to control the projector, sound etc.
