Human Resources
As part of the School’s commitment to shape its support services for the future, and ensuring that services are based on the principle of ‘locally delivered, centrally managed’, the Human Resources function within the School has undergone a significant review, transition and transformation process over the past year. This has involved adopting and moving to a HR Business Partnering model, with increased level of specialised HR expertise, enhanced customer focus, standardisation of practice and the pursuit of greater efficiencies across LSHTM. In addition, technology transformation projects are in progress which are expected to deliver improved systems and processes to support the new model, thus allowing LSHTM to focus on its core business areas.
