The Teaching Support Office (TSO) is based in rooms 4 and 5 at the Keppel St. building, and provides administrative support for the School's taught courses (MSc, Diploma and Short Courses, and the taught elements of the DrPH). This includes such things as provision of teaching materials, including course and module handbooks, timetables and specific documentation; arrangements for exams and assessments; arranging course (or department, or School) activities; and many more organisational matters in liaison with teaching staff and the Registry.
The TSO is made up of three teams, supporting the taught course programmes of each of the School's three academic departments (PHP, EPH and ITD), and aims to provide a friendly, efficient, student-facing service to all.
