If you studied a taught degree with LSHTM in London you should contact Registry for information about obtaining a copy of your academic transcript. Please include your full name, date of birth, year of graduation and your degree subject of study in any transcript related correspondence.
If you studied with LSHTM by distance learning you should contact the EISA Student Records and Transcripts Office for further information.
