Michaela Willmott MSc

Research Degree Student

I have a BA(Hons) in Social and Cultural Studies from the University of Nottingham and a DipHE in Health Education and Health Promotion. I obtained my MSc in Public Health (Health Services Research) from LSHTM in 2008 and I'm currently writing up my PhD research.

Prior to joining LSHTM, I was a research associate at the National Patient Safety Agency and before that, I conducted research into Medicaid long-term care policy at the University of California, San Francisco. I have also worked in the NHS as a health promotion specialist and in the voluntary sector as health policy officer for Age Concern England (now AgeUK).
