Needs assessment, monitoring and evaluation of clinical, educational and rehabilitation services related to low vision care for people of all ages (including those with visual problems and other special needs)
Training in low vision care of eye medical, education and rehabilitation staff and their management
Training of trainers and curriculum development
Research e.g. on outcomes to measure effectiveness of services
National/regional policy development relating to low vision, in the areas of (inclusive) education and (eye) health
