Maryam Tajvar PhD

Research Degree Student of Epidemiology and Population Studies

I am from Iran. My Background is Public Health. I am graduated from Tehran University of Medical Sciences in (MS.c) Health Services Management with the first rank in 2004. Then I was awarded a 4-year scholarship to study abroad. I got another Masters from York university in Population Health and then I started my PhD in LSHTM from November 2007.

I have worked in a couple of positions in Health organizations in Iran. I also administered several research projects and workshops when I was in Iran.

I was the Tutor of Primary Health Workers in Marand city of Iran for about 2 years. I also was a primary school's teacher for 3 semesters in Qom province of Iran.
