Anita Shah has been with the International Centre for Eye Health for the past fourteen years. She is Editorial Assistant to the Community Eye Health Journal, which is translated into Chinese, French, Spanish and Portuguese and is distributed to 27,000 readers worldwide. Her key responsibilities are:
• Managing the Exchange section of the journal, where readers contribute their own research and experiences
• Managing the journal's author and reviewer database
• Managing the subscriptions and distribution of the journal
Ms Shah also administers the budgets of four grants: teaching, the Community Eye Health Journal, the Links Programme and the Resource Centre.
