Research Degree Student in Epidemiology

Abraham Rexford Oduro is a Ph.D student at LSHTM under MRC(UK), The Gambia Ph.D studentship.

He is a qualified medical doctor and has a post graduate masters degree in epidemiology from the University of the Witwatersrand. He has nine years working experience with the Navrongo Health Research Centre of the Ghana Health Service.

My research interest is focussed on malaria field epidemiology and clinical trials, with emphasis on field site preparations for intervention studies.

My Ph.D research work is on evaluating different malaria indices to document changes in malaria transmission in The Gambia.
