Teaching

My teaching is largely focused on the distance learning programme.  I am module organiser for PH209 Globalisation and Health, and co-leading the development of the planned MSc Global Health Policy.

Research

My research focuses on the global determinants and outcomes of infectious and noncommunicable diseases, and the health governance challenges arising from them.  Current projects include the analysis of tobacco industry documents, transformations in global health governance, and global health diplomacy.
