Prior to joining the School, Dalia worked as a Research Fellow at a think-tank in Westminster; as a Research Committee Secretary in the R&D office of Great Ormond Street/UCL Institute of Child Health; and as Research Coordinator for the International Trust for Traditional Medicine in India.

Dalia has a BA in Archaeology and Anthropology and an MSc in Medical Anthropology from the University of Oxford.
