Ioannis Andrianakis is a Research Fellow in the Centre for the Mathematical Modelling for Infectious Diseases, working on an MRC grant on calibration of stochastic computer models.
Ioannis was awarded a MEng in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece and an MSc and PhD in Statistical Signal Processing from the University of Southampton, UK, in 2007.
Ioannis is teaching on the MSc modules "Generalised Linear Models" and "Survival Analysis and Bayesian Statistics".
Ioannis works on an MRC funded project on the calibration and analysis of complex individual-based stochastic models, which aims to explore the impact of HAART on HIV/AIDS in Africa.
